​​​Joanne was born in Yakima, Wa, where she grew up raising animals and helping out on her family's ranch. She attended Yakima Valley Community 

​College while in High School and received her A.A. along with her High School diploma.​​ She now currently attends Central Washington University and is set to graduate in the spring of 2014.

 

​While at Central, Joanne has been part of the Choral Ensemble of Icarus: A New Noh in English, which was performed at the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival in Sacramento, CA. She enjoys performing Shakespeare and is working to someday travel to London to do theatre there. ​
